Change-of-mind returns

You can return an unused Restup within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's cost for change of mind.

Faulty or damaged items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If your Restup arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. We cover return shipping for verified faults.

Warranty

Every Restup includes a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Damage from misuse, accidents or exceeding the stated weight limit is not covered.

How to start a return

1. Email support@restupofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Care & maintenance

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash. Store folded and dry to protect the frame. Following care instructions helps preserve your warranty.
