Where we ship

We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping is not yet available — join the waitlist and we'll let you know when it goes live.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery timeframes

• Metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth): 2–5 business days
• Regional Australia: 4–8 business days
• Remote areas: allow up to 10 business days

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Free standard shipping is available on orders over the threshold shown at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email support@restupofficial.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
