Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand. Your rate is shown at checkout based on your address.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Rates & delivery timeframes

• Australia — Standard: $10 AUD, 3–7 business days
• Australia — Express: $15 AUD, 1–3 business days
• New Zealand: $35 AUD, 4–20 business days

Remote areas within Australia may take a little longer than the timeframes above.

Shipping costs

Shipping is a flat rate: $10 standard or $15 express within Australia, and $35 to New Zealand. We don't currently offer free shipping, and the rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay.

Duties & taxes (New Zealand)

Orders to New Zealand may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email support@restupofficial.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
